Lech Camping

The fees to be paid by the camping guest are exclusively based on the respective valid price lists of Lech Camping GmbH. By entering the camping park, the camper accepts the current price list, which is available at the reception.

Bank charges for payments (especially from non-EU countries) and return debits as well as for credit card chargebacks shall be borne in full by the guest liable to pay.

Prices may be modified after conclusion of the contract/confirmation of reservation if the period between conclusion of the contract and provision of the service is more than 4 months. In this case, a corresponding price increase is permissible if the statutory value added tax is increased or if cost increases for personnel, energy, etc. have occurred in the camping area. If the price increase amounts to more than 5% of the agreed price, the guest has a special right of termination within 2 weeks after becoming aware of the price increase. The processing fee would be retained in this case. In such cases, Lech Camping GmbH will inform the guest of the price increase in text form.

Only one family (max. 6 persons) can be booked per camping pitch. Children and babies count as adults. Group trips with more than 6 people or more than one accommodation option may not be booked online without permission, even in multiple transactions. For group requests, please send us an e-mail stating the number and age of travellers and details of what you will be travelling with (caravan/motorhome/tent: number and size).

The stated arrival and departure dates must be adhered to. Changes are only binding if they have been confirmed by us in writing. Changes after booking confirmation are only accepted up to 7 days before departure and are only possible after separate consultation and for a fee of 15 euros. Lech Camping GmbH is not obliged to fulfill change requests.

Lech Camping GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the rental property cannot be made available after conclusion of the contract due to force majeure. In this case, any amounts paid will be refunded. Further claims beyond this are excluded. In this case, Lech Camping GmbH is obliged to inform the campsite guest immediately.

The guest is obliged to treat the pitch, the premises, rental objects and inventory with care. The guest assumes liability, in particular towards third parties in the event of improper electricity connections and damage caused by the gas installations belonging to him.

Please ask in good time (preferably before arrival) whether visitors are allowed. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors at any time or not to allow visitors when the campsite is fully booked, in order to be able to offer the full comfort to the overnight guests present.

If visitors are allowed, the following applies:
The guest is responsible for his visitors and is obliged to register visitors at the reception of the camping park before entering the camping park and he is responsible for paying the fees according to the valid price list at the reception before departure. Visitors must always park outside the main entrance gate of Lech Camping GmbH and leave the campsite by 9 pm at the latest. The campsite regulations, which are available online (www.lech-camping.de) and will be handed out on request, are binding for all campsite guests and their visitors.

Lech Camping GmbH is entitled to terminate the contract without notice for good cause if the guest (or his/her visitor(s)) persistently violates the campsite regulations through his/her behaviour, endangers others, causes persistent disturbances, makes use of the pitch or rental property in breach of the contract, does not treat rental property with care or behaves in any other way in gross breach of the contract. In this case, the guest has no claim to repayment of the rental price.

Lech Camping GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. It is not liable for damage caused by the failure or disruption of water, electricity or gas supplies, or for noise pollution caused by third parties, or for negligent breaches of duty resulting in damage caused by the use of the facilities or equipment – including those that have been taken out of service – and provisions located on the site. This also applies to breaches of duty by legal representatives or vicarious agents of Lech Camping GmbH.

The guest’s camping vehicle must have a valid gas test certificate upon arrival, which must be shown upon request. Lech Camping is entitled to expel the guest from the campsite immediately if no valid gas test certificate can be produced.
The guest assumes liability, in particular towards third parties

◦ In the event of damage caused by the gas systems belonging to them
◦ For damage to objects, facilities, nature, lake and environment of the campsite

Swimming in the lake and the use of all facilities (boats, surfboards, playground equipment, kettcars, trampoline, etc.) is at your own risk and is prohibited after dark. Parents are liable for their children. Guests are also responsible for their visitors.

We take photos/videos several times a season in order to present our campsite and all its facilities in all media (internet, print media, etc.) in an up-to-date manner. By staying with us, you agree to the publication of photos/videos showing you, your fellow travellers, persons and animals, your visitors as well as your property or equipment.
